One type of roller skating that can be performed by an individual, a team, pair or a group is called Jam skating. Jam skating is a form of freestyle. Can you break-dance? Now, can you do it wearing a pair of roller skates? Jam skating is not just break-dancing it is much more. It is a combination of dance, gymnastics and skating. Basically, Jam skating gets its roots from Roller Disco, only now it combines all of the disco moves with break-dance moves, artistic type moves, gymnastics and even modern dance moves. Put all this together as a routine performed with music and you have Jam Skating

Most of these shoes are designed with design modification feature. It minimizes the injuries to the feet thus allowing the skateboarders to have great control of their board. It also provides great durability. There are a number of companies to offer skate. Designs and patterns vary from one manufacture to another. But there are some general features of these shoes. These include polyurethane sole, flat rubber, double or triple stitching in certain areas and tough material in the upper shoe area.
Place your foot appropriately and try to adjust accordingly, as there is enough space to fit an 11 sized shoe. So now put one foot on the skate and use the other to push off. Keep your heel on the sole restrictor to have good control and keep your foot in the centre of the deck to have accurate balance so there would be no chance of tipping on one side.
